If you want to be fit for service, you must do exercise. You cant sit or
stand for three hours because you don’t exercise. Your body pains.
Like food is important to body, exercise also is important. Practice

some mountain top, it is important to always bear in mind that Human
Service is Godly Service. Serving humbly - even to those who are full of
ego will help them to understand how prepared and dedicated you are.
Volunteerism is not a easy job. Don’t just serve with just physical
body. Add to it the devotion and humility.

precious treasure. Learning languages is the trait of a good person.
When I was a small boy, I shied to speak English. God made me love and
speak English now. I am forced to speak in my own English style for
hours when I am in foreign countries. Learning language causes progress
to nation. Learning a new language makes you understand and respect new
cultures.

Never practice Tamasic tendencies or Rakshasa Gunas (qualities of
demons). Rajo Guna is excusable but Demonic qualities (Tamo guna) are
not. Even while you are having Rajo Guna, your thought must be Satvik.

gradually uplifted to Satva Guna.
