Never practice Tamasic tendencies or Rakshasa Gunas (qualities of
demons). Rajo Guna is excusable but Demonic qualities (Tamo guna) are
not. Even while you are having Rajo Guna, your thought must be Satvik.
Your file will be taken up by Sadguru for reformation. You will be
gradually uplifted to Satva Guna.
