You may have many gurus but mother, father and Sadguru can not be
changed. Some devotees chase different gurus. They do not understand the
principle of guru tatva (principle).

gradually uplifted to Satva Guna.

Granted, I adhere to Karma Yoga and respect it. However, Dattatreya’s
teachings, state ‘Smarthrugami Sanovathu’, ‘Smarana mathra
santhushta.’ Therefore, do not accord undue importance to Karma Yoga
and formal worship. It is sufficient to chant ‘Datta’. This renders
Him very happy. Therefore chant ‘Sri Guru Datta’. Such intonation
provides immense joy to Lord Anjaneya, as He is also a follower of Lord
Datta.

Although Yoga is employed to achieve health, it does not stop there. By
conferring the power to control the mind, it certainly shows the way to
reach higher realms of Truth. There may be innumerable spiritual paths,
but all paths employ yoga in one form or the other to reach the ultimate
goal. Therefore, it can be said that yoga does not have limitations such
as religion, community, region and sex.

God is the only friend of yours both in calamity and adversity. The Lord knows what you want and is pleased only with your sincere devotion. No outward show is needed to please God. God is within each one of us though it may not be possible for us to see Him. The eyelids protect our eyes and yet we cannot see them without the aid of a mirror. Similarly God is there but we may not be able to see Him without the help of the Sadguru. The basic ingredient of all religions and faiths is one and the same. It is experiencing the existence of God through the realization of the Divinity of Man.
