Puja is for Chitta Shuddhi. With this we lose our Bad Karmas. So,
practice concentration like TAPAS (Penance).   Puja gives you Chitta
Shuddhi not Moksha. With Chitta Shuddhi you have to listen to Sadguru's
speech (Smarana) then assimilate those teachings in your life (MANANA).
After MANANA comes MATHANA (constant thinking). Manthana is churning
