Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, Dallas, TX, USA,05-Jun-2009

Understand what a good friend means – One who stands by you in your
sorrow – It can be none other but your Sadguru. So always try to be
happy and smiling. It takes you closer to your Sadguru. Don’t be
doubtful in your devotion.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, DDayton, NJ, USA,19-Aug-2003

Krishna’s story is fascinating and is a wonderful story. When Vyasa
was unhappy after the completion of the 18 Puranas (scriptural stories),
Narada suggested that Vyasa write about Lord Vishnu’s incarnations.
So, Vyasa chronicled the stories of Vishnu’s incarnations. Vyasa wrote
about creation, sustenance and the destructions of all that exist.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, Minneapolis, MN, USA,10-Aug-2003

How can you escape Karma? Only through Karma. Karma can be ridden by
counter Karma. That is the only solution. All your self centric Karma
will create more Karma to live again and go through life again. KARMA
performed for others' benefit will reduce your KARMIC burden.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, Huntsville, Alabama, USA,05-Aug-2003

Sadguru gives car, license and the guidance. But it is you who drives
the car. You have to live up to your Karma. You cannot expect God to
drive the car. Then God will crash the car and take you to hospital.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, Dallas, Texas, USA,29-Jul-2003

God wants to ensure you don't remember any thing from last birth. If you
remember what you were in last birth, your dog may be your last birth's
aunt. God is very clever.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, Bhakti Mala, Dec-2008

Man's duty is to work and practice his dharma and not to look for fruits
thereof. Work is worship. A man constantly engaged in intense activities
and who works with disinterestedness and non-attachment may be termed a
Karma Yogi in the real sense.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse,Bhakti Mala,Drops of Nector, Feb-2007

It is the pure undiluted divine energy flowing from the Sadguru which
cleanses the mind of those coming within the orbit of His grace. It is
very difficult to cut across the physical basis of the relationship
which explains why devotees from far and near make it a point to visit
their Sadguru time and again.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, Bhaktimala, Sookti Manjari, Mar 2008

It is only the Almighty God who gives uninterrupted and complete
protection to man. One who has this realization will not seek protection
elsewhere.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, Guru Purnima, Mysore Ashrama, India,30-Jul-1996

You need to hear some sounds, so that the mind concentrated on that.
That is why Swamiji says listen to music when you meditate. The mind
will be engrossed is music. After listening to the music for some time,
the mind will get tired and tries to sleep.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, London,UK ,02-Aug-2004

Sadguru’s language is silence. You all need Shaktipata. Otherwise this
human life is a great waste. Thus Sadguru Sambhashana, Darshana and
Drishti Darshana are very important. This all is also Shaktipata.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse, Neetimala, 25-Oct-2009

The man who has acquired wealth, education and spiritual knowledge, if
possessed of ego - Oh! alas (his fate is the same as that of) the sun
rising in glory in the morning, passing mid-day and evening and finally
fades out.

Pujya Sri Swamiji's Discourse,Neetimala India,23-Nov-2009

Do not speak like a scholar with the knowledge obtained from books or
gained from others. Turn your mind inwards and see the truth and
rejoice.
